Technical Mastery & Industry Expertise
Subject Matter Expertise: A deep understanding of Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI), Digital Transformation etc
Hands-on Experience: Minimum of 5 years of practical industry experience in sectors like Electronics, Manufacturing, Process or similar.
Certified Knowledge: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, SIRI/COSIRI Assessor, or equivalent technical credentials).
Facilitation & Delivery Excellence
Adult Learning Principles: Ability to translate complex technical jargon into actionable "Pi-Shaped" skills for adult learners.
Adaptive Delivery: Experience in facilitating across different modes—In-Person, Virtual Classrooms, and Instructor-Guided Online cohorts.
Engagement-First Approach: A proven ability to use storytelling and real-world case studies rather than just "reading slides."
Certified Knowledge: Relevant professional certifications (e.g. ACTA, ACLP, DDDLP or equivalent training, facilitation & curriculum development credentials)
